The TheraBand stability trainer: many different uses
The TheraBand stability trainer is used to improve balance, posture, proprioception and coordination. Exercising on this “soft” base requires users to maintain balance and stability. Uses include exercises for older people, rehabilitation of the lower extremities and back as well as general sport and fitness. The stability trainer is available in 3 difficulty levels that are identified by their different colours. The black stability trainer is filled with air and has a smooth surface whilst the green and blue versions are made from foam.

Difficulty levels:

• Green = easy, foam
• Blue = medium, foam
• Black = hard, air filled and with one smooth side and one pimpled side (with needle valve)
