The RollerBone 1.0 Pro set incl. soft pad consists of a board, a roller and a soft pad – this piece of training equipment provides plenty of exercise options for indoor and outdoor balance training. Both the roller and the pad can be placed under the board. The pad can be inflated by mouth or using a pump – allowing the level of hardness to be tailored to you. The material is very thin, yet very durable. The more air is inside the soft pad, the more difficult the exercises will be. The pad has a pimpled side which is placed under the board for a perfect grip. The board is made of robust pinewood and has non-slip strips on the standing side. Under the balance trainer, there are stoppers at both ends to prevent the board from slipping off the roller.
