The Allegro reformer is suitable for both beginners and intermediate people who enjoy pilates and provides unique posture and motion quality. By working against the resistance all muscles are worked and strengthened. A special spring mechanism as well as the unrigid surface provide a calm and soft motions. The padded foot bar has four vertical and four horizontal adjustment levels accommodate users of different sizes. The steel-spring system allows the intensity level of the workout on the allegro reformer to be adjusted to suit the user’s individual needs.
